New update with a bunch of changes/additions, most notably a secret for reaching 100% completion!

Patch Notes:

-Added something extra for reaching 100% completion

-Updated World 1's music

-The main character now jumps onto the screen at the start of the game

-Gave the hover enemy more animations

-Made it so that the hover enemy loses speed over time while hovering

-Coins far enough off-screen are no longer active, which should hopefully improve performance

-Slightly updated some level design

-Updated some graphics

-Updated the credits

-Several bug fixes
